!!THERE IS A REQUIRED $50 PRE-CHARGE!! Additional fees follow depending on how many features are added, or what changes need to be added. examples of this are case fans, LED's, mounts etc. Please contact Jason at F4TMOD@gmail.com for more complex designs.

Set yourself apart!! Almost any design can be added to make this a one of a kind enclosure. 

Please sketch your design on the pictures provided. Email them back to with your design. Takes around 3 days to figure if I can even make the changes. When I am complete with adding features to the case, I will contact you with a rendering of your case for approval.

Full kit used to upgrade Playstation 4 console from the 2.5 inch hard drive factory installed, to your own 3.5 inch hard drive. Very easy install (please watch video on how to backup up original drive); secure your drive with the provided hardware, slide lid on to case, place F4TMOD on in the reverse order that you removed original cover. Plug in the supplied power adapter, and your PS4 should fire right up!!
